Group SCM Manager

Key Responsibilities :

1 . Group Supply Chain Leadership

• Lead and coordinate SCM activities across all PITECH Group subsidiaries.
• Manage and develop SCM executives to ensure consistent execution of group policies.

• Act as the main SCM liaison with Management, Operations, Finance, and Project teams.

• Supply Chain Balanced Scorecard (Core KPI)

• Design, implement, and monitor the Group Supply Chain Balanced Scorecard covering:

• Cost
• Delivery performance
• Inventory efficiency
• Supplier performance
• Compliance & risk
• Translate business objectives into measurable SCM KPIs.

• Produce monthly performance dashboards and improvement action plans.

• Cost Optimisation & Budget Control

• Drive procurement cost savings and vendor rationalisation.

• Improve inventory turnover and reduce slow-moving/obsolete stock.
