Group Senior Finance Executive

REQUIREMENTS:
Job Description

To handle full set of accounts of a group of companies and maintain accurate management accounts and financial reports.

Timely develop financial reports, annual budget, rolling forecast to support business goals.

To ensure compliance and timely financial reporting, including the preparation of bank reconciliations, balance sheet, P&L, and cashflow reports.

Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.

Ensure all financial records are properly documented, filed, and updated & accounting system are accurate and reliable.

Responsible to handle all audit and tax related matters for group of companies.

Oversee and lead the finance team to ensure timely closing, accurate reporting, and compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements.

Support improvements to internal finance SOPs and control processes.
