Group Support Officer (Environment & Regulation)

Position Overview

The Group Support Officer will provide essential administrative support to the Environment & Regulation unit. This role provides comprehensive business support as well as direct support to the Senior Manager Health & Building Regulation to ensure the effective coordination and delivery of the unit’s priorities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating and administering systems and processes that enable the unit to operate efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with preparation of reports and presentations for Executive and Council forums
• Managing VIP and customer requests
• Coordinating internal and external events
• Supporting business improvement initiatives
