Group Talent Acquisition Specialist – Executive

Role Overview:
This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment delivery combined with hands-on HR generalist support. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, ensure a strong candidate experience, and support the full employee lifecycle in line with labour legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding

• Stakeholder engagement and hiring advisory

• Talent sourcing and pipeline building (including hard-to-fill roles)

• Drafting contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation

• ATS management and recruitment administration

• Background checks, reference checks, and compliance

• Support employee relations (performance, disciplinaries, grievances)

• Maintain accurate HR and candidate records

Key Requirements:

• ±5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition / HR
