About the job Group Technical Director (Hybrid) | Pasig

Work Hours: 8 hours per day

Work Setup: Morning shift (Monday-Friday)

Hybrid Setup: Primarily remote, with occasional onsite work required at least once per month

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow Manilas technical team across multiple teams, technologies,
  and paradigms
• Oversee design and delivery of scalable, maintainable, and innovative digital solutions
• Set technical standards, KPIs, and processes that drive continuous improvement
• Partner with cross-office stakeholders and clients to ensure technical feasibility, quality, and innovation
• Be a hands-on leader and coach to engineering teams in successfully delivering scalable, maintainable, and secure features to our customers; serving as a role model for code quality, process, and improvements
