Group Treasurer

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Group Treasurer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's global treasury strategy, infrastructure, policies, and team. This is a strategic leadership role requiring both hands-on execution and long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and implement the company's global treasury framework, governance, and operating model
Develop global cash management strategies to optimise liquidity and working capital
Oversee cash forecasting and liquidity planning
Lead debt financing activities, including bank facilities, capital markets transactions, and investor engagement
Develop and manage FX, interest rate, and counterparty risk management frameworks
Establish hedging strategies aligned with business exposure
Manage global banking relationships and negotiate banking facilities
Requirements:
12+ years of progressive treasury experience, ideally within a MNC or high-growth environment
