A leading luxury safari operator is seeking an experienced Groups & Incentives Relief Consultant to support the Groups team by managing consultant workloads during absences and peak periods. The role includes handling re-quotes, proposals, operations, booking administration, chasing provisional bookings, supporting small group journeys, and assisting with supplier procurement. Occasional travel with groups may be required.

Requirements:

-3–5 years inbound tour consulting experience

-Strong knowledge of Southern & East Africa destinations

-Excellent organisational and administrative skills

-High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

-Proficiency in Tourplan, Wetu, and Microsoft Office
