What is expected of you as a Groups, Meetings & Events Executive:

  • Prepare and distribute weekly and daily reports to support smooth operations.
  • Ensure Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and changelogs are sent on time and with complete accuracy.
  • Maintain high standards by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Review group departures and outstanding balances daily.
  • Support the team by loading and managing enquiries in Opera Sales & Catering, including DDR packages and booking statuses.
