Job Description

In charge of all grouting operations onboard the vessel and job site. Reports to the Field Engineer and Barge Superintendent. 
Responsible to operate RCM mixing and jet mixer pump 
Full responsibility over Grout Riggers, Grouting Operators and Grout Supervisor assigned for the project. 
In charge of issuing his subordinates with the safety gears required for the job and control the supply of these gears. 
In charge of applying approved procedure in line with client specification. 
Responsible for all grouting equipment and spares. Should ensure that back-up spares like hoses, fittings, etc. are available at all times. 
In charge of his crew i.e. safety, production and quality. 
Conducting tool box meeting with grouting crew and promote safety awareness among them. 
Coordinate with plant work shop regarding the maintenance work or modification required to be carried-out on the grouting equipments.
