Job Description

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • A degree in Agriculture or a related field is preferred but not essential.

  • Previous experience having called on Growers or related markets within the Agricultural industry in Zimbabwe is essential for the role.

  • Previous experience having worked within the horticulture and related markets is preferred.

  • The successful candidate should have a strong network of customers within the Zimbabwean agricultural sector that they have worked with.

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally as well as the ability to build long-term relationships.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Strengthening grower engagement, improving visibility across production cycles, and supporting the sustainable expansion of our grower base in fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries within the Zimbabwean region.
