Role Overview We are looking for a data-driven Growth Acquisition Specialist to support global growth initiatives at ACE Money Transfer.

This role will primarily focus on customer acquisition, analytics, helping optimize acquisition channels, referral and associate programs, and product-led growth initiatives.

At the same time, the role will contribute to broader growth objectives including retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value optimization.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, curious, and comfortable working with large datasets to uncover insights that drive measurable growth across markets.
