Growth Associate (EA to CEO)

Role Overview This is not a typical Executive Assistant role where you manage calendars and book meeting rooms. As a Growth Associate, your primary focus will be on business development, partnerships, outreach, and operational coordination. You will work directly with the CEO to help open new revenue streams and ensure that day to day operations run smoothly across the organisation. Think of this role as a mix of business development, operations management, and team coordination, all rolled into one. You will be handling partner outreach, corporate client engagement, campaign execution, event logistics, media coordination, and team task management. The CEO will rely on you to independently drive these areas forward so that the company's growth never slows down because of a lack of bandwidth.
