Growth & Content Strategist

We are looking for a social-first growth and content strategist who deeply understands how multiple social platforms actually work, not just how to post on them. This role is for someone who can ideate, create, test, and scale content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn, while also supporting SEO and email as part of a broader organic growth strategy.

What You’ll Do

Social Media (Primary Focus)

• Own and execute multi-platform social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (short & long-form), X, and LinkedIn
• Understand and apply platform algorithms (reach, hooks, retention, watch time, engagement signals)
• Ideate viral-capable content : trends, hooks, formats, and narratives — not just announcements
