We run a fast-growing creator agency managing multiple models across Instagram & short-form platforms. Base pay of ZAR + performance bonus

We are looking for a Growth & Creative Lead responsible for:

• Designing viral reel strategies
• Planning filming concepts for creators
• Analyzing what content converts to subscribers
• Turning creators into scalable brands
• Working directly with founders

This is NOT an editing role.

This is a strategy & growth role.

You are perfect if:

• You understand TikTok / Reels psychology
• You can explain WHY content works
• You think in views → traffic → revenue
