About the role
We’re looking for a Growth Data Analyst to bring clarity and direction to our growth strategy through data. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, marketing, and business — helping us understand what drives performance, where friction exists, and how we can scale more efficiently.
You’ll be responsible for building dashboards, tracking key KPIs across acquisition and retention, and providing actionable insights to the Paid, CRM and CRO teams.
Key Responsabilities
Design and maintain dashboards to monitor CAC, ROAS, LTV, CVR and user behavior.
Analyze paid media performance and h elp allocate budgets based on data.
Support the experimentation process with hypothesis validation and results reporting.
Build cohort analyses , funnel visualizations and audience breakdowns.
