Role Overview
The Growth & Digital Innovation Coach is a highly experienced leader and advisor who works with business owners, founders, and senior leadership teams to drive tangible business growth. This role requires deep hands-on experience in building and scaling businesses, strong commercial judgment, and the executive presence to challenge, influence, and coach senior decision-makers.
The coach brings credibility from having been in the seat, enabling participants to translate growth ambition into disciplined execution across commercialization, market expansion, new products and services, revenue scaling, and cost optimisation.
Required Qualifications
Experience
•18+ years of hands-on experience in building, running, or scaling businesses, or in advising SME owners and leadership teams with direct execution accountability
