Growth Equity Associate Opportunity – Singapore

I'm currently working with one of the most established and high-performing private equity platforms in Asia, and they're looking to bring on a top-tier investment professional at the Associate level for their Investment team in Singapore.
The firm manages a combination of RMB and USD-denominated funds, with a significant capital base and deep institutional relationships. They continue to be highly active across growth and control investments, partnering with founders and management teams to scale high-potential businesses across Asia.
The ideal candidate will likely have:
2–4 years' experience in private equity or bulge bracket/ elite boutique
Strong financial modeling, due diligence, and deal execution skills
A commercial mindset with the ability to think like a long-term investor
Comfort engaging with management teams, advisors, and internal stakeholders
Fluency in English and Mandarin; additional Asian language skills are a plus
