What’s the purpose of the role?

The Head of Operations (COO) will lead and streamline the company's internal operations across Finance, HR, Systems, and Operational Processes. This role is responsible for building structure, improving efficiency, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the business operates smoothly, profitably, and with minimal friction as the company scales.

What will I be doing ?

• Overseeing day-to-day business operations across Finance, HR, Systems, and internal processes.
• Managing invoicing, collections, payroll, contractor payments, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Monitoring revenue, expenses, profitability trends, and operational budgets.
• Managing relationships with bookkeepers, accountants, HR vendors, and outsourced partners...
