Job Description

                    Responsibilities  Own derivatives trading frontend experience and products, covering perpetual, futures, options, TradFi and more 
Define and execute user growth strategies – optimize the funnel from registration to first trade, improve activation and retention 
Conduct competitor analysis and track key product metrics (user activation, conversion, trading volume, market share); translate insights into actionable product improvements 
Collect and prioritize user feedback from VIP clients, CS, and data analytics to continuously improve trading experience 
Write PRDs, coordinate with design and engineering, and drive on-time delivery 
 Requirements  3+ years of relevant product management experience in tech, fintech, crypto or internet industry 
Solid understanding of derivatives trading fundamentals (margin, leverage, order types)
