* Identify high-impact growth opportunities using funnel, cohort, and segmentation analysis; translate insights into testable hypotheses.
* Design and run a structured experimentation program (A/B, multivariate where relevant)
Outbound channel optimization (Push notifications, SMS, email)
* Improve targeting, timing, frequency, and personalization to drive retention and LTV
* Build segment strategies + suppression/fatigue controls to protect user experience
Measurement & growth performance management
* Own growth KPIs (e.g., MAU, retention, conversion, ARPU/LTV)
* Maintain dashboards and run weekly/monthly performance reviews with clear actions
* Work closely with data, product, and marketing teams to identify high-ROI levers for in-app engagement and monetization.
* Analyze user behavior and cohorts to uncover friction points and improve lifetime value (LTV).
