Growth Lead — Mirnest

Mirnest is hiring our first Growth Lead. We‘re a UK subscription play kit launching this August — kits of expert-curated toys for babies 0–24 months, designed by paediatric occupational therapists, returned and rotated between families. Lovevery‘s model, UK-first, circular (parents return kits when done and get new kits sent every 2-3 minths)
c.100 people on our marketing list. Inventory landing in July. Now we need someone to turn the next 6 months into 1,000+ paying subscribers.
The role
You own the number, not the output. Your KPI is paying subscribers acquired through content. We give you a small paid budget, full creative control, and the brand. You tell us what footage you need; we film it on our phones in the UK and send to you.
