Growth manager-giftcards (b2c)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Growth Manager – Giftcards (B2 C) to drive digital revenue growth for Rooter Shop, with a strong focus on gift cards and gaming-related digital products.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in B2 C marketing , particularly in scaling gift card sales or digital commerce businesses. Should have a proven ability to drive sales through data-driven online campaigns, customer lifecycle marketing, and channel optimization. You will own the end-to-end growth including planning, executing gaming-led promotions, improving funnel performance, ensuring product visibility, availability and building high-impact influencer and creator partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.
This is a highly execution-focused role suited for someone with strong analytical thinking, ownership mindset, and a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem and digital consumer behaviour.
