Growth Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should combine strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in digital marketing, growth strategy, and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
• Own and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, customer insights, and market research.
• Design and run A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates and marketing efficiency.
