Growth Manager

Working closely with the CEO and cross-functional team leads, you will ensure growth initiatives align with business priorities while leveraging data to improve efficiency and ROI. This role requires a self-sufficient, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You will implement scalable processes, refine CRM and automation workflows, and act as the driving force behind the agency's growth engine.
