Growth Marketer

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead digital marketing. This role will be responsible for driving social media communication, performance marketing, and Customer - Centric content creation.

The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) from a communication and execution standpoint.
• Oversee performance marketing initiatives (Meta, Google) in coordination with internal teams/agencies.
• Conduct sentiment analysis across CRM & social media to derive actionable insights for new customer acquisition.
• Identify trends, best practices, and improvement opportunities.
