Growth Marketer

Requirements:
Performance marketing, social media strategy, and content creation background.
Strong performance marketing expertise, including paid ads, CAC, ROAS, attribution, and campaign performance management, with proven handling of real budgets and measurable results.
Strong social media strategy expertise across LinkedIn, X, and TikTok, with proven audience growth beyond managing posting calendars.
Strong content creation skills, including writing, storytelling, and creating content that drives engagement and conversions, including LinkedIn hooks and landing page content.
Proven ownership of growth initiatives with hands-on execution and results delivery in fast-moving environments.
Comfort working in a distributed global team.
Must be able to demonstrate past work and proven results.
