Growth Marketer

Requirements:

• Performance marketing, social media strategy, and content creation background.
• Strong performance marketing expertise, including paid ads, CAC, ROAS, attribution, and campaign performance management, with proven handling of real budgets and measurable results.
• Strong social media strategy expertise across LinkedIn, X, and TikTok, with proven audience growth beyond managing posting calendars.
• Strong content creation skills, including writing, storytelling, and creating content that drives engagement and conversions, including LinkedIn hooks and landing page content.
• Proven ownership of growth initiatives with hands-on execution and results delivery in fast-moving environments.
• Comfort working in a distributed global team.
• Must be able to demonstrate past work and proven results.
