Growth Marketer

Kuzana is the top acceleration firm for Kenyan SMEs. We select the top 1% of companies each batch for equity investment and support like accounting and sales.
We are looking for you to help find more amazing Kenyan companies.
Our goal is to mint 1,000 more dollar millionaire$ (we hope you will be one of them) and to do so we need to find all the best companies.
The role is currently 3 days per week and pays Ksh50-70k a month depending on skills. Could expand to fulltime.
Specifically you will:
-record content
-edit (optional. could be farmed out)
-post content (with good hooks)
-promote on LinkedIn, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube and Meta
-get conversion/follow up so entrepreneurs fill in the whole application
-arrange events online and in person for our CEO to talk with entrepreneurs
