Growth Marketing Associate

Role Overview

MediaNV is hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Growth Marketing Associate to manage and grow our podcast marketing engine. This role includes guest outreach, publishing, promotion, content repurposing, and performance tracking. You must be organized, creative, and comfortable managing recurring workflows independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Podcast Management

• Research and maintain podcast databases and tracking sheets
• Identify, contact, and secure high-quality podcast guests
• Schedule recordings and manage the content calendar
• Ensure episodes are edited, uploaded, published, and live on schedule

Content & Publishing

• Perform basic podcast editing
• Write show notes and timestamps
• Update podcast webpages
• Create downloadable resources (eBooks, PDFs, checklists)
• Design promotional graphics and short video clips
