Roles and Responsibilities

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of digital marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility, accelerate lead generation, and enhance the company’s online presence across all digital touchpoints. Reporting to the Americas Marketing Communication Manager, you will be responsible for developing integrated digital strategies across SEO/SEM, social media, content, analytics, and AI driven enhancements. This role requires strong expertise in digital platforms, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Global Marketing.
