The agency operates in pods - small, autonomous growth teams led by elite team leaders. Each pod functions like a mini-agency, and we're now hiring a Growth Marketing Pod Leader to own our next pod.

This role requires someone who is:

1. Client Success & Client Communication

Exceptionally strong with client success and communication - a world-class level CSM.

You must be able to operate as a top-tier CSM (Client Success Manager) for your pod:

• Burning desire to ensure clients get what they need from our service to succeed with us
  
• “Service-first” mindset - always wanting to serve clients EVEN if they have high expectations or are more intense/custom
