Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity where you will take ownership of all our Email and Notification communications from the moment a user signs up to the point they subscribe to one of our products. Additionally, you will support communications across the rest of the user journey.

You will inspire us with your vision for how we can grow email and notifications as a part of our Growth Marketing strategy at Cleo. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Lead for Owned Channels, you will have access to established creative, data, engineering, brand, and product marketing teams to support you in driving impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategise and Own Email Growth: Take full ownership of Email and Notifications, setting out strategies, identifying impact vs. effort trade-offs, and delivering measurable results.
  • Love Testing! Run extensive tests, constantly trying new creative campaigns and strategies to maximise growth from each email.
