Growth Marketing Manager

Nice to meet you I'm Shweta Malhotra, a Talent Partner at LeadDesk. Together with Alexandra Taimitarha, our Director-Growth Operations, we're strengthening our Growth Operations team, part of our Revenue Unit in Helsinki, Finland.

We're now looking for an Growth Marketing Manager with focus on events to join LeadDesk on a fixed-term basis (1-year maternity cover) to ensure continuity and impact in our event marketing during this period.

This role is ideal if you enjoy taking ownership quickly, working hands-on with events, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
