Growth Marketing Manager

Role Description

• Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to acquire, activate, retain, and engage users across multiple channels.
• Lead performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, and programmatic advertising.
• Analyse customer journeys, funnel performance, and campaign data to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion rates.
• Drive A/B testing across landing pages, creatives, messaging, and audience segments to continuously improve ROI.
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and content teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Manage marketing budgets, forecast performance, and monitor KPIs including CAC, LTV, retention, and engagement metrics.
