Growth Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team of our client and play a key role in driving data-driven growth across both business verticals.

This role is focused on performance, analytics, experimentation, and optimization of the full marketing funnel, with the objective of improving acquisition efficiency, conversion rates, and return on marketing investment (ROI).

The Growth Marketing Specialist will work across both B2B and B2C teams, identifying opportunities to scale what works, eliminate inefficiencies, and build a more unified, data-informed approach to growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the analysis of end-to-end marketing funnels across awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention, identifying key drivers of performance and opportunities for improvement.
