Growth Marketing Specialist

Simplex Group seeks a highly analytical, execution-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to integrate into our growing Marketing team for the demand generation side. This role is responsible for driving measurable inbound pipeline growth by managing, testing, and optimizing acquisition channels across paid media, SEO, AI-driven search visibility, content performance, landing pages, and funnel experiences.
As the Growth Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in translating strategy into performance. This person will work closely with Digital Sales, Marketing Operations, CRM & Automation, and Creative to ensure traffic converts efficiently and predictably into qualified leads and revenue.
This role is ideal for someone who is both hands-on and performance-minded—someone who enjoys experimentation, understands numbers as well as messaging, and is motivated by improving conversion rates, lowering CAC, and scaling what works.
