Growth Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Fiat channels, including daily operations, marketing, and escalated CS tickets.
• Onboard merchants and define partnership scope, align on integration methods and currencies, set up test/live environments, and provide API documentation with technical support.
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies to enhance the exchange's visibility and presence in the local marketplace.
• Monitor and analyze cryptocurrency market trends and competitors to formulate effective trading strategies.
• Communicate and coordinate with other BUs internally to collaborate on new features/product launches.
• Create and update FAQs, announcements, and promotional outreach for new product launches.
• Maintain relationships with local business partners to expand and grow the exchange's business.
