Growth Product Manager

About The Role

We're hiring a Growth Product Manager to own the growth engine across our product portfolio, including OpusClip, our flagship clipping product, and Agent Opus, our agentic AI video creation product, spanning monetization, pricing, conversion, and the surfaces where product meets marketing.

What You'll Do

• Own Growth End-to-End: Drive the growth roadmap for both OpusClip and Agent Opus across conversion, monetization, and retention, and own the business results, not just the features.
• Lead Pricing & Monetization: Design pricing, packaging, and credit systems for the AI era. Balance unit economics, margins, and ToC vs. enterprise tradeoffs, and align stakeholders around a clear, reasoned plan.
• Run a Rigorous Experimentation Engine: Define, track, and analyze key growth metrics; design and monitor A/B tests; turn data into decisions and decisions into revenue.
