Growth Projects Lead / Executive

Role Summary

At GluCare Health, we are redefining metabolic healthcare through data-driven growth and operational excellence. We are seeking a highly analytical, execution-focused Growth Projects Lead to operate at the center of our growth engine. This is not a coordination role, this is an ownership role. You will lead cross-functional growth initiatives from ideation to execution and measurable impact. You will build reporting infrastructure, launch new revenue streams, optimize conversion funnels, and serve as a force multiplier to the Head of Growth by driving high-priority strategic projects forward.
