We are growing — and we're looking for a serious B2B closer who wants to build long-term, not just earn quick commissions.
What You'll Do
• Identify and build qualified startup lead lists
• Reach out to founders via LinkedIn, email, and outbound outreach
• Pitch Damarak's recruitment services
• Close deals and secure signed agreements
• Build long-term client relationships
You close. We deliver.
**Compensation
• 20%
*commission on every paid deal
• Paid after client payment
• No income cap
• Long-term recurring revenue potential
