Growth Strategist

We're hiring an Account Strategist at FMG Digital (fully remote)

FMG Digital is scaling, and we're looking for a world-class strategist to join the team.

This is a high-impact role with direct responsibility for strategy, execution, and performance across accounts spending $100k+/mo. You'll own your accounts, your strategy, and the results that come with it.

This role is for you if you:

→ Have proven DTC experience and a track record of scaling accounts profitably

→ Can independently own strategy, creative direction, and performance

→ Think in terms of hooks, angles, and offers — not just audiences and budgets

→ Can break down why an ad is working and translate that into actionable next steps

→ Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and internal teams

→ Hold yourself to extremely high standards

→ Take full ownership of outcomes, not just deliverables
