Growth Strategy Analyst (UG) - TikTok (SG)

The User Growth (UG) department is responsible for driving the growth of ByteDance’s global product portfolio. We design tailored growth strategies and leverage marketing, product, and data analysis techniques to achieve business growth goals. The UG team maintains and optimizes a series of scalable growth frameworks, applies them across diverse business scenarios, and continuously identifies new growth opportunities to help our products break through performance ceilings.
As a core part of the UG organization, the UG Midplatform Data Scientist Team supports key product lines across ByteDance.
