The Growth Strategy Lead plays a key role in enabling and strengthening GCash's marketing strategy. This role focuses on translating strategy into clear action plans, driving process improvements, and supporting transformation initiatives to improve performance, efficiency, and sustainable growth within the Marketing organization.
