The Role

As a GA Success Manager (GSM) , you’ll be the driving force behind the success and development of Growth Assistants across multiple industries.

You’ll act as their coach, mentor, and advocate — working closely with Customer Success, Human Resources, and Operations to ensure satisfaction, retention, and excellence in performance.
