GRP Operative – Hand Lay Experience Preferred

Pay Rate: £13.50–£14.50 per hour (DOE)
Contract Type: Permanent Position

We are recruiting GRP Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business in Hull. These are genuine temp-to-perm opportunities offering long-term stability, great working conditions, and the chance to develop new skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* GRP production work including hand lay-up and mould preparation

* Trimming, finishing, and assembling GRP components

* Working to technical drawings and production plans

* Ensuring high-quality standards and maintaining a safe working environment

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience in GRP manufacturing (hand lay-up highly advantageous)

* OR experience as a Painter/Decorator who is open to full training in GRP processes
