Key Responsibilities

• Capture Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs) into the stock system
• Match deliveries to purchase orders and flag discrepancies
• Maintain daily records of all received stock
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams
• Ensure stock data is accurate and audit-ready

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in GRV processing or stock receiving
• ERP experience (SAP, Syspro, Sage, or similar)...
