GS Sea Logistics Manager

**Job Purpose**

The purpose of this role is to head the Sea Logistics department in KN Global Services organization teams in Cebu. In line with the build-up plans the objective is to align with the Sea Logistics blueprint and to implement the strategy accordingly. The position requires excellent stakeholder management skills and a thorough understanding of Sea Freight.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Lead by example the Sea Logistics department be the role model for the team
+ Manage Sea Logistics P&L in line with the transfer price guidelines
+ Drive process standardization efforts in close cooperation with the GPO and Regions
+ Identify opportunities to improve quality, increase efficiencies and reduce cost
+ Follow corporate and regional workflows and procedures for employee training, service implementation and delivery
