GSI ITO Process and AI Integration Leader

**Job Description Summary**
The GSI ITO Process and AI Integration Leader owns and continuously improves the Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) commercial/tendering process and the enabling tendering tools (e.g., MTA ITOC / PCDB). This role drives process reliability, audit readiness, tool adoption, data quality and analytics, and an effective handover from ITO to OTR execution. The role partners closely with regional tendering teams, cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Sourcing, Construction, PM, Logistics), and DT to deliver measurable improvements in speed, quality, and consistency.
