GSOC Analyst II

The Global Security Operations Center Analyst II plays a critical role in Compassion’s Incident Response operations by monitoring and analyzing large volumes of incoming information to identify incidents and risks relevant to the organization, determining their significance, and escalating concerns through timely, accurate reporting to appropriate stakeholders. This position supports the protection of Compassion’s people, assets, and reputation while providing actionable intelligence to inform decisions and assists in the development and implementation of corporate‑wide security measures and awareness initiatives to ensure compliance with applicable best practices. At this intermediate level, the analyst works independently on moderately complex projects or as part of larger initiatives, collaborating with teams such as Global Security, Enterprise Investigations, Crisis Management, and Risk Management, as well as various National Offices.
