The following skills and experience are required

• Registered Professional.
• 5+ years continuous experience.
• Experience with and a very good understanding of high-end residential projects and the related expectations thereof.
• Proficiency in REVIT – additional software beneficial (Lumion, twinmotion).
• Experience through all stages of the project cycle, from inception to construction.
• Experience with local authority planning procedures.
• A thorough and comprehensive understanding of SANS and building regulations.
